afifa foundation & Dr Kalam Agriculture College organized an event to promote Agri STI

Every child is a foundation of the future generation. One day they will be scientists, innovators and entrepreneurs, if we inspire them, guide them and arrange the knowledge and resources for them, said Agha Ahmad, President of afifa foundation.

Under the leadership of Shri Shahzad Anwer, Head Master, Upper Middle School Belwa Kashipur; an one day event was organized in the campus to inspire and motivate the students for their future in the field of Agriculture Science, Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Engineer Agha Ahmad, President of afifa foundation and Dr. Bhola Nath Sah, Assistant Professor of Soil Science; Dr. Arindam Nag, Assistant Professor of Agriculture Extension; Dr. Erayya, Assistant Professor of Plant Pathology, Dr Swaray Kumar Dutt, Assistant Professor of Agronomy from Dr Kalam Agriculture College participated the event and put their experienced in field of Sustainable Livelihood, Food Security and opportunities in Agri Science and technology.

Dr. B.V.Jha, Associate Dean cum-Principal Dr. Kalam Agricultural College said, "We are always looking for local farmers, who can reach us and take the benefits of resources available here. To inform the local farmers we periodically visit villages; and organize Kisan Chopals".

Dr Kalam Agriculture College empowering students and people through their various events and programs. The college is going to organize a 50 days resident program from December 2022 in their campus in the field of Gardening Science.
